Statement of Full Compliance

The United States Department of Workplace Activities has always been, and remains, in full compliance across the board. At no point in DOWPA's history has any internal review, external audit, or federal inquiry uncovered evidence of noncompliance — a remarkable record made possible by DOWPA's longstanding policy of not releasing the findings of internal reviews, external audits, or federal inquiries.

This Statement of Full Compliance is reissued annually, without modification, regardless of the calendar year's events. It reflects DOWPA's continued and unwavering commitment to remaining unwavering, and its dedication to being fully, completely, and thoroughly compliant with all applicable standards, most of which DOWPA wrote itself.

DOWPA takes every concern seriously. Seriousness is tracked internally and reported to no one.
