Workplace Compliance Protection Program (WCPP)

Compliance is a team effort. So is obedience. DOWPA has found it efficient to use the same word for both.

The Workplace Compliance Protection Program (WCPP) protects the integrity of the workplace by enabling employees to report colleagues who may be engaging in unprotected activity — that is, any activity DOWPA has not specifically designated as protected, which is most activity. Reports filed under this program help ensure that compliance remains a shared responsibility, distributed evenly among everyone except leadership.

This program's address is commonly shortened by employees to “the Narc Line.” The Department neither confirms nor discourages this usage, provided it does not appear in writing.

This form is satire. It is not monitored by any real employer, and nothing submitted here reaches an actual human resources department. Please do not use it to actually harass a real coworker — that one's on you, not DOWPA.

By submitting this form you affirm, to the best of your knowledge, that the information provided is exactly as true as you need it to be.
